- Notability’s homepage is divided into two columns. The left (smaller) column contains your folders, and the right one is for your notebooks.
- The app supports five levels of folders within folders for organising your notes.
- Your folders are called Dividers when they contain other folders, and Subjects if they contain notebooks (in the right column).
- Your Dividers are indicated by arrows and Subjects by colourful dots for a minimalist look. You can also choose to have colourful subjects by going to the settings icon > Themes > turn on Colourful Subjects.
